Red pandas are even more active at dawn and dusk (called crepuscular), they rest within the branches and hollows of bushes at evening and through the day. Their main habitats are positioned around the slopes in the southern Himalayas and also the mountainous areas of China. They prefer altitudes over one,800 meters and under 4,800 meters.
