When Bishop's agreement was not renewed through the college board, his lawyers sent a letter for the board which recurring the claims about Propst's personal existence -- adding rumors of the affair using a Hoover teacher and a further college formal. It went on to say that Craig had instructed Bishop not to look into those claims. That letter was acquired through the Birmingham Information and printed inside their July 28, 2007 version.
